Our Year 6 children have had the opportunity to meet with their Reception Buddies. Each child is paired up with a younger peer for the year and will get the opportunity to be their role model throughout their time in Year 6. The children got the opportunity to read with each other, help the younger children with their learning through play and also get to know them in their classroom. All of the children really enjoyed their first meetings and cannot wait for more opportunities to do things with their buddy. We will continue to add pictures of them throughout the year!
